As more and more government agencies, business enterprises, and individual entrepreneurs start playing, working and living in space, the need for security will become ever greater.

 
When we look at movies like “Pirates of the Caribbean” we some times find ourselves rooting for the characters like “Captain Jack Sparrow” and feeling sorry for the crew of “The Black Peril”, as I have in some ways. However, if you were one of their victims you might feel differently.
 
Even today there is still Piracy on the High Seas. Cruise Ships, Cargo Ships and Yacht Captains know not to venture too close to certain shores. Those that don’t heed these warnings most assuredly will loose their cargo and even their most prized possession…, their lives.
 
Thank goodness the Navy and Coast Guard is out there keeping the sea lanes safe and secure.
 
Once more of us start living and working in space we will find the same thing happening their, with equally dyer consequences if not more so.
 
For this reason alone there is a great need for security and police forces in Off-World Environments.  
 
Other reason would be to protect our Supplies, Resources, Equipment, Technologies, Cargo, and Valuables, etc…
 
Even more reasons would be Corporate Espionage, Terrorism, and Sabotage, just to name a few…
 
We will also need Security Alert, Reports, News and Information on People, Organization, Government Agencies, Products, Services and Technologies.
 
In this section of Synergistic Life we will delve deep into this topic from all angles and create the organizations required to bring this eventuality into being.
